Cara Membuat Bakso Ikan

★ bakso ikan★
Ikan tongkol : 1 kg
Telur : 3
Tepung kanji : 3 sendok makan

Bumbu :
7 siung bawang putih
Sahang secukupnya
Royco secukupnya
Garam secukupnya
Ulek / haluskan semua bumbu

Digabung bumbu, telur, tepung dan ikan. Aduk sampai rata.

Masukan freezer kulkas 1 malam.

Siapkan air didih lalu bulat-bulatkan, rebus sampai mengapung, angkat.
